THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW to Resume (Remote) Production, Season 1 Gets Extended
April 6, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW will have one new episode per week, adjusting to the current production complications caused by the coronavirus pandemic by filming select interviews via Zoom. (Additionally, repeats will continue to have new “Messages from Montana,” where Clarkson lives.)
Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, who will be promoting TROLLS WORLD TOUR, will be the first to participate in the Zoom interviews on the Friday, April 10 show. The Thursday, April 16 hour will feature the new debut of Clarkson’s new single “I Dare You.”
The first season has also officially been extended, with the show returning this June with a new installment, THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW: SUMMER STUDIO SESSIONS, “which will begin production in early summer from a recording studio in Los Angeles. THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW: SUMMER STUDIO SESSIONS will deliver an intimate experience that will air weekdays over the summer. These episodes will include all new Kellyoke, celebrity interviews and signature show segments that highlight what connects us, such as Good Neighbor, #OBSESSED, Rad Humans and #WhatI’mLiking.”
