The CW Boss on the Fate ARROW and THE 100 Spinoffs

Though ARROW ended and THE 100 will end this summer, The CW developed potential continuations with an ARROW sequel focusing on the future-set Canaries and a THE 100 prequel.

But with The CW’s schedule for 2020-2021 tentatively announced, neither show was in the lineup. However, Mark Pedowitz shared that neither potential series is dead.

“They are very much in active discussions to see what we can do,” he told repoters. “I’ve had many discussions with Warner [Brothers] studio. We have a strategy involved; hopefully we can pull it off, but they are very much alive.”

Also up in the air? Whether The CW will renew KATY KEENE, the sole series that didn’t get a renewal earlier in the year, as the network assesses how the show does digitally after the first season concludes tonight.
