NBC Cancels PERFECT HARMONY and LINCOLN RHYME: HUNT FOR THE BONE COLLECTOR
June 10, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
NBC—one of the only network left with bubble shows—has started refining its lineup, with fall comedy PERFECT HARMONY and midseason drama LINCOLN RHYME: HUNT FOR THE BONE COLLECTOR getting canceled.
LINCOLN RHYME—which was inspired by the Jeffery Deaver book “The Bone Collector”—followed Lincoln Rhyme (Russell Hornsby), a retired NYPD detective who was paralyzed while trying to track down notorious serial killer the Bone Collector (Brian F. O’Byrne). When the Bone Collector reemerged, he partnered with officer Amelia Sachs (Arielle Kebbel) to try and track him down.
PERFECT HARMONY followed a former music instructor (played by Bradley Whitford) who overhauled his life when he became the music director at a small church.
