HBO Renews CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM
June 30, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
HBO has renewed CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM for an eleventh season.
“This past season tapped into the zeitgeist in such an uncomfortably delightful way,” said Amy Gravitt, Executive Vice President, HBO Programming, in a statement. “Larry is already busy writing, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.”
Added Larry David, “Believe me, I’m as upset about this as you are. One day I can only hope that HBO will come to their senses and grant me the cancellation I so richly deserve.”
Season 10 of the comedy wrapped up its run in March with its 100th episode. The series has been running off-on since 2000, with this being the third revival season. CURB has won both Golden Globes and Emmys over its run.
Season 11 will be executive produced by David, Jeff Garlin, Jeff Schaffer, Gavin Polone; co-executive producer, Laura Streicher; consulting producer, Jon Hayman.
