THE TWILIGHT ZONE’s second season was star-studded—with the show boasting Morena Baccarin, Kylie Bunbury, Jenna Elfman, Ethan Embry, Sky Ferreira, Tavi Gevinson, Topher Grace, Tony Hale, Gillian Jacobs, David Krumholtz, Thomas Lennon, Sophia Macy, Natalie Martinez, Joel McHale, Chris Meloni, Gretchen Mol, Paula Newsome, Billy Porter, Jimmi Simpson, Jurnee Smollett, Daniel Sunjata, and Damon Wayans Jr. in the ten episodes—but like every anthology series, there were high and low points.
We ranked the season 2 episodes (from worst to best), but note this is spoilery for the installments and the twists may be discussed…
#3: "The Who Of You"
CBS All Access' take: Struggling actor Harry (Ethan Embry) risks everything to catch his big break, but an impulsive scheme takes a few turns no one saw coming. Daniel Sunjata and Billy Porter also guest star. Written by Win Rosenfeld, directed by Peter Atencio.
Our take: This! Acting! Showcase! Embry shouldered the burden of the challenge (as Harry's body embodied every new character his mind jumped into), but it's incredible what was asked of the team in a single anthology episode.
