Ranking THE TWILIGHT ZONE Season 2 Episodes

THE TWILIGHT ZONE’s second season was star-studded—with the show boasting Morena Baccarin, Kylie Bunbury, Jenna Elfman, Ethan Embry, Sky Ferreira, Tavi Gevinson, Topher Grace, Tony Hale, Gillian Jacobs, David Krumholtz, Thomas Lennon, Sophia Macy, Natalie Martinez, Joel McHale, Chris Meloni, Gretchen Mol, Paula Newsome, Billy Porter, Jimmi Simpson, Jurnee Smollett, Daniel Sunjata, and Damon Wayans Jr. in the ten episodes—but like every anthology series, there were high and low points.
We ranked the season 2 episodes (from worst to best), but note this is spoilery for the installments and the twists may be discussed…
#9: "You Might Also Like"
CBS All Access' take: Stay-at-home housewife Mrs. Warren (Gretchen Mol) looks forward to acquiring the widely marketed 'Egg,' an enigmatic device that promises to make everything better for everyone forever. But further investigation soon reveals the unsavory truth about this mysterious product. Greta Lee also guest stars. Written and Directed by Osgood Perkins.
Our take: A sequel, of sorts, to the original series episode "To Serve Men," the installment felt in some ways tied the most to the franchise...but set itself up for major comparisons. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like it advanced it original twist in a real way, and other episodes this season handled grief better.
