THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW: NBC Sets Season 2 Premiere Date
August 21, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
Season 2 of THE KELLY CLARKSON will premiere on Monday, September 21, NBC announced. Production will move back to Universal Studios, after spending the past few months producing new episodes from host Kelly Clarkson’s homes.
But with the COVID-19 restrictions—the show will comply with NBCUniversal, CDC, and local guidelines—the audience for the upcoming season will be virtual. According to NBC, “season 2 will feature a combination of live and virtual interviews with some of the biggest names in film, television, music and everyday people who are agents of change in their community.
Original episodes—part of the show’s summer run—will continue to air leading up to the official season 2 premiere.
