Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

LOVE ISLAND: So, uh, Johnny is just going to get away with lying to Cely? None of the guys are going to speak up and be upfront about how he went way further with Mercades than he implied? Ugh.

Color me shocked that Jalen turned into trash after barely disguising that he was only casually into Mackenzie. He didn’t need to be head over heels instantly, but I respected how Aaron and Moira handled things…talk to each other. Instead, Jalen ignored Mackenzie until he didn’t: when he decided to use her insecurities against her? Yikes. I don’t necessarily know if Kierstan will truly stay away from him now that she’s seen how awful he was to Mackenzie.

Also: That competition was gross. Gross, gross, gross, gross, gross. Nope. Do not want.

(And, uh, yeah, that Mackenzie and Connor recoupling is so going to happen. Do I expect them to be happily ever after? No. Do I expect them to even last long on the show? No. But Connor clearly wasn’t done with her.)
