THE WEST WING Reunion Gets October Premiere on HBO Max
September 22, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
THE WEST WING reunion is coming to HBO Max on Thursday, October 15, the streaming platform announced.
A WEST WING SPECIAL TO BENEFIT WHEN WE ALL VOTE will include original series stars Rob Lowe, Dulé Hill, Allison Janney, Janel Moloney, Richard Schiff, Bradley Whitford and Martin Sheen recreating a staged production of season 3’s “Hartsfield’s Landing.” Additionally, Michelle Obama, President Bill Clinton and Lin-Manuel Miranda will appear in special act breaks. W.G. Snuffy Walden will play the show’s theme song, while The Avett Brothers will close out the special.
The reunion is being done to draw awareness to When We All Vote, a non-profit, nonpartisan organization co-chaired by Michelle Obama. (WarnerMedia made a donation in honor of the reunion.)
