Netflix Renews BABY-SITTERS CLUB

Netflix has renewed BABY-SITTERS CLUB for a second season, the streamer announced.
The series, which follows a group of middle-school girls who start a baby-sitting club, debuted in July. The show is based on the Ann M. Martin book series, was previously adapted into a short-lived television show and a 1995 film. Rachel Shukert is the showrunner, while Lucia Aniello is a director/executive producer. (Martin serves as a producer on the Netflix adaptation.)
