Ahead of THE GREAT NORTH’s series premiere—which is currently set to debut midseason 2020-2021—Fox has renewed the animated comedy for a second season. The series was created by BOB’S BURGERS vets Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin and REGULAR SHOW’s Minty Lewis, and executive produced by BOB’S BURGERS creator Loren Bouchard.

THE BABY-SITTERS CLUB—based on the Ann M. Martin book series—bows on Netflix on Friday, July 3, and the streaming platform has released a longer look at the first season.
According to Netflix, BSC “follows the friendship and adventures of Kristy Thomas (Sophie Grace), Mary-Anne Spier (Malia Baker), Claudia Kishi (Momona Tamada), Stacey McGill (Shay Rudolph), and Dawn Schafer (Xochitl Gomez) as the middle-schoolers start their babysitting business in the town of Stoneybrook, Connecticut. Rounding out the cast, Alicia Silverstone plays Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer, the selfless single-mother of Kristy Thomas and love interest of all around good guy Watson Brewer, played by Mark Feuerstein.” The half-hour series also stars Marc Evan Jackson as Richard Spier, and Rachel Shukert is running the show.

With less than two weeks before HAMILTON makes its streaming debut on Disney+, the platform released a “new” trailer for the Tony-winning Broadway smash.
The production was filmed at The Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway in June of 2016, and features original stars Lin-Manuel Miranda as Alexander Hamilton, Daveed Diggs as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson, Renée Elise Goldsberry as Angelica Schuyler, Leslie Odom, Jr. as Aaron Burr; Christopher Jackson as George Washington; Jonathan Groff as King George; Phillipa Soo as Eliza Hamilton; and Jasmine Cephas Jones as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds; Okieriete Onaodowan as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison; and Anthony Ramos as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton.
