About Last Night..THE FLASH, FBI, SUPERMAN & LOIS, and More
March 17, 2021 by Marisa Roffman
Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!
THE FLASH: Okay, it was a bit of an odd episode, because this was essentially the season finale, but without the cliffhanger. I’m glad Iris got to be proactive, but it also felt…a bit easy, once Iris reached her? And, oy, the Ralph of it all. The show was absolutely backed into a bad, bad corner, however, it felt like they could have, just as easily, kept “Ralph” away for a bit longer. (He’s absolutely coming back with a new face, though, right?)
FBI: Ohhhhh, Isobel’s love life got messy. I don’t blame Ethan for being hurt, but he has to realize she was doing her job and his boss messed things up. But I also loved how Jubal was trying to protect Isobel, while also lead the team…he was also put in a tough spot in trying to make sure she didn’t get too close, while also allowing the investigation to play out.
SUPERMAN & LOIS: Okay, Project 7734 won’t end well.
I love that Lois is both supportive of Clark and is able to say why his actions also still hurt her. She may be married to Superman, but that doesn’t mean she shouldn’t need her husband to help her. I appreciate that he took the steps to show how special she is to him, even if he ended up having to run to his superhero duties.
Also, I love the family dynamic so much. I could spend an entire season just watching them together.
FBI: MOST WANTED: Look, the show could not have known what would happen in the real world, but it was a harder episode to watch after yesterday’s Atlanta massacre.
