As THE ROOKIE wraps up its third season, Lucy (Melissa O’Neil) heads into her first undercover operation.

“We had quite a dynamic ending to the last episode, with Lucy’s pseudo-abduction, basically seeing if she’s ready,” THE ROOKIE boss Alexi Hawley notes. “So [now that she passed that test], we’re going to throw her in the deep end.”

NBC Fall 2021-2022 Schedule

NBC has set its schedule for Fall 2021, which, unsurprisingly, includes a lot of Dick Wolf-produced shows.

“NBC is the flagship network in our portfolio and we wanted to treat it as such, shining a light on some of our most beloved shows and introducing a broad range of dynamic new programming,” said Susan Rovner, Chairman, Entertainment Content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. “Honoring our fans is a major focus this year and we’re delivering on favorites with more ‘Law & Order’ and ‘AGT’ as well as big send-offs for award-winning shows ‘This Is Us’ and ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine.’ We have all of our amazing returning shows, and we’re launching what I believe will be fan favorites of the future – strong dramas like ‘La Brea,’ ‘Ordinary Joe,’ and ‘The Thing About Pam,’ laugh-out-loud comedies ‘American Auto’ and Grand Crew,’ and big new unscripted shows such as ‘American Song Contest.’”

Of note: NBC says “This new night of Dick Wolf dramas brings together the iconic, record-breaking 23rd season of “Law & Order: SVU” with newly minted hit “Law & Order: Organized Crime” and the premiere of “Law & Order: For the Defense,” providing the perfect playground for crossover events.”

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE will return post-Olympics, and comedy shows will return in the midseason, with new series AMERICAN AUTO and GRAND CREW joining KENAN, MR. MAYOR, and YOUNG ROCK.

Comments Off on FBI: MOST WANTED First Look: Jess’ Dad Ties the Knot!

It’s a very FBI: MOST WANTED wedding on the Tuesday, May 18 episode of the CBS drama.

While the team has a case to work in the hour, “Hustler” also marks a special occasion, as Jess’ (Julian McMahon) father, Byron (Terry O’Quinn), prepares to get married to Marie (Rachel York).

It’s a very family affair as Jess’ sister, Louise (Jules Willcox), and his new girlfriend, Sarah (Jen Landon) get involved in the big day. And, naturally, Jess’ colleagues are also on-hand to support their boss.

Check out a first look at the LaCroix wedding album!

FBI First Look: Zeeko Zaki and Missy Peregrym Pal Around on ‘Trigger Effect’ in New Photos

Comments Off on FBI First Look: Zeeko Zaki and Missy Peregrym Pal Around on ‘Trigger Effect’ in New Photos

With just two episodes left of FBI’s third season—the show has already been renewed for season 4—series star Zeeko Zaki (who plays FBI agent Omar Adom Zidan, AKA OA) is taking a bit of time to reflect on his on- and off-screen partnership with Missy Peregrym (who plays FBI agent Maggie Bell).

“The most enjoyable aspect was definitely the transition from Missy holding all of the weight and burden of being the lead of the show, while I was learning from her and she was giving me enough rope to do whatever I needed to do,” he says. “Making that transition where I felt more comfortable and could bring a little bit more to the table, seeing how that has made work more enjoyable for Missy, has definitely been the greatest thing.”

The duo, who frequently post fun videos of their antics between take on social media, are also aware of the importance of their bond. “At the end of the day we’re building something,” Zaki says. “Me and her, being on the same page, and being there for each other, work-wise, supporting each other’s choices, and always willing to kind of take risks, and work off of each other, has only made the show better. And allows us to enjoy work a lot more. It’s been just the most fun [and] the most intense experience in my life. And I’m very grateful for her being my partner on-screen. And it’s just a very big blessing.”

Are you also loving their friendship? Check out a few new behind-the-scenes photos of Zaki and Peregrym goofing off on set of the Tuesday, May 18 episode, “Trigger Effect”… Read more
