About Last Night…AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and THE FLASH

Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: Okay, the singer who created songs based on hateful comments was both brilliant and talented. I’m curious what she’ll be like going forward, because this was a comedy-singing bit. Next time, will she sing a straight-up cover? An original song?

I’m a little surprised by their group Golden Buzzer choice—not that she wasn’t deserving, she was lovely and talented, but I figured something like that might have been saved for a deeply traumatic story or something we’ve never seen before. But I’m curious when it came into play and if that was something they decided to implement later in the game. But good for Victory!

THE FLASH: Man, I missed Diggle. I’m glad they picked up the Green Lantern tease from the ARROW finale, and I’d love if, somehow, Dig was back in the ARROWverse going forward. (Whether in his own series or as a utility player who pops in to all of the shows.)

Barry had enough of a handful with just Nora in his life, but welcome Bart to the madness! It’ll be fun to see the family interact in more than a tag.
