FBI: INTERNATIONAL Adds Luke Kleintank, Heida Reed, and Vinessa Vidotto

The CBS Television Network announced today the renewals of the CBS original series FBI and FBI: MOST WANTED for the 2021-2022 broadcast season and has given a series order to FBI: INTERNATIONAL, the third iteration of the successful “FBI” brand from Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf. FBI: INTERNATIONAL, the newest series in CBS’ FBI franchise, has officially cast its first actors: Luke Kleintank, Heida Reed, and Vinessa Vidotto have joined the drama.
According to CBS, FBI: INTERNATIONAL “follows the elite operatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s International Fly Team. Headquartered in Prague, they travel the world with the mission of tracking and neutralizing threats against American citizens wherever they may be. Not allowed to carry guns, the Fly Team relies on intelligence, quick thinking and pure brawn as they put their lives on the line to protect the U.S. and its people.”
Kleintank will play the team, with Reed plays his second-in-command. Vidotto will play a team member.
FBI: INTERNATIONAL will be part of an all-FBI block on Tuesdays on CBS, as the mothership airs at 8/7c, INTERNATIONAL is at 9/8c, with MOST WANTED closing out the night at 10/9c. FBI: INTERNATIONAL will launch with a three-way crossover amongst the franchise.
The series, which is set to film in Budapest, is run by CHICAGO FIRE boss Derek Haas. Dick Wolf, Matt Olmstead, Arthur Forney, and Peter Jankowski serve as executive producers.
