Fox Sets THE MASKED SINGER, ALTER EGO Preview Special

Can’t wait to discover the latest group of contestants on THE MASKED SINGER? Fox is airing a season 6 preview, which will reveal the final costumes of the season on Sunday, September 12. (Live on all coasts after the NFL double-header.)

The 30-minute special will also include ALTER EGO’s Nick Lachey showcasing the new Fox show’s set and how things there will work. The series is a “first-of-its-kind avatar singing competition series and the next iteration of the musical competition show…[but] these contestants won’t perform as themselves. Rather, they’ll be given the chance to show how they’ve always wanted to be seen, creating their dream avatar ALTER EGO to reinvent themselves, while showcasing their unique performance styles via motion capture technology.” The judges’ table also includes Alanis Morissette, Grimes, and will.i.am, with Rocsi Diaz hosting.

Both shows officially premiere with a two-night launch on Wednesday, September 22 and Thursday, September 23.
