Is GREY’S ANATOMY kicking off its season with a wedding?

In the new promo for the STATION 19 and GREY’S ANATOMY premiere event, the newly reunited Teddy (Kim Raver) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) seem to be on the verge of finally tying the knot.

But whether they’re actually able to go through with the wedding remains to be seen, as things seem, uh, fairly explosive on STATION 19.
