BIG SKY Exclusive Video: Janina Gavankar’s Ren Makes a Splash as She Arrives in Montana

Trouble has come to Montana in the form of the mysterious Ren (Janina Gavankar) on the Thursday, October 7 episode of BIG SKY.

Ren—who has ties to the truck wreck at the center of the season’s early mystery—is looking to find out exactly what went down behind her back…and why.

But she isn’t exactly making friends with the locals in the exclusive clip, below, from “Huckleberry.”

After rebuffing small talk about where she’s from, Ren decides she would very much like a new hat, whether its owner wants to part with it or not.

“Where I come from, everything has a price,” she notes. When she’s rebuffed, she does the next best thing: she takes it right off the man’s head.

BIG SKY follows investigators Cassie Dewell (Kylie Bunbury) and Jenny Hoyt (Katheryn Winnick), as they try and get to the bottom of the mysteries and bad behavior in Montana. The drama also stars Brian Geraghty, John Carroll Lynch, Dedee Pfeiffer, Omar Metwally, and Anja Savcic.
