About Last Night…GREY’S ANATOMY, GHOSTS, and BIG SKY

Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

GREY’S ANATOMY: Of course Amelia messed up the turkey. But, man, it kind of hurt seeing her with Link again, because they’re just so sweet together and the way they broke them up continues to be confusing/not make a lot of sense? (I absolutely believe Amelia wouldn’t want to get married. I’m just less convinced, right now, Link would give her the all or nothing ultimatum given what family means to both of them and they already have a kid together.)

Meredith and Nick are sweet together, but it really does feel like she’s in a whole other show than the main series. It feels like an extension of last year’s COVID/coma dreams, and I’m curious how much longer this can sustain itself…or if this is just the new normal. (And to be clear, I like the other team; the show just feels very split.)

GHOSTS: Oh my God, the D&D game. I feel bad for Sam she had to be the translator/conduit, but how absolutely charming? (Though, okay, Jay is correct that the ghosts creeping on him while he’s in the shower, even if it’s to deliver a message, is creepy.)

Poor Isaac, though. Accidentally killing the guy you were crushing on sure is an awkward thing to get over/have to confess.

BIG SKY: Janina Gavankar is so, so much fun on this show.

And, look, I know Wolf is not his brother, but I’m worried for Mark. Once you safely escape the creepy man and his isolated compound, you don’t…stick around???? At the very least, you go back with a (human) partner.

I also can’t decide if Travis will be safe because the show has killed off multiple Jenny love interests or he’s doomed because they’ve killed off multiple Jenny love interests…
