LAW & ORDER Adds Anthony Anderson, Hugh Dancy

The upcoming LAW & ORDER revival has officially booked its first returning star, a rep for the network confirms: Anthony Anderson will reprise his role of Detective Kevin Bernard.
Anderson played Bernard on the mothership from 2008-2010. (He also guest starred on an episode of L&O spinoff SVU as a different character, Lucius Blaine, in 2006.) He is currently wrapping up an eight season tenure on ABC’s BLACK-ISH, which is set to conclude in 2022.
Also joining the series is Hugh Dancy, who will play an ADA on the series. Dancy previously starred on HANNIBAL, as well as arcs on HOMELAND and THE GOOD FIGHT.
The duo join previously announced Jeffrey Donovan in the drama, which is being run by FBI boss Rick Eid.
