ABC Renews THE ROOKIE and THE GOOD DOCTOR

ABC has renewed THE ROOKIE and THE GOOD DOCTOR for the 2022-23 season.

THE GOOD DOCTOR, which will be going into its sixth season, stars Freddie Highmore. THE ROOKIE, led by Nathan Fillion, will be going into its fifth season.

THE ROOKIE also has a potential spinoff in the mix, with Niecy Nash set to lead the two-part, FBI-set, backdoor pilot set to air this spring.

The dramas join the already-renewed GREY’S ANATOMY and STATION 19.
