Paramount+ Renews EVIL
July 6, 2022 by Marisa Roffman
Paramount+ has renewed EVIL for a fourth season, the streamer announced.
“EVIL continues to expand its fanbase of both critics and viewers alike; season three currently has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it is a consistent top five most-watched original series and acquisition driver for the service,” said Nicole Clemens, president, Paramount+ Original Scripted Series, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to be terrified by what [creators] Robert and Michelle [King] create for season four with our outstanding cast bringing it to life.”
Season 3, which debuted last month, marks the first season crafted for Paramount+. (The first season ran on CBS, which also picked up the show for season 2; Paramount+ became the show’s new home after the majority of the season was shot.)
The series stars Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, Christine Lahti, Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco, and Dalya Knapp.
