Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: I’m sure it will be absolutely no surprise that I loved Maytree. An a cappella group doing TV theme songs? Yes, please.

Amanda Mammana was also a really, really great singer, and I hope she’s able to find success within this competition.

Chapel Hart was also an extremely intriguing act. They had great voices, but their song was also wildly creative. Will they sing originals going forward? Covers of other artists’ songs? But it was interesting that the group collectively decided to give them a Golden Buzzer; it was a great number.

There were a couple of good non-singing acts—the group of Howies, AKA the John Glenn High School Dance Team were fun—but, really, the musical artists stole the night.
