About Last Night…PRESS YOUR LUCK and GENERATION GAP

Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!
PRESS YOUR LUCK: I am someone who would be wildly, possibly annoyingly, cautious on this show, but even I think that Zachary was ridiculous to settle for under $3000 in the first round when he had a single whammy and 11 spins. Get 5-10 thousand banked in case you end up with nothing in that final round?!
And it’s insane, because he was the exact opposite of careful in the final round. He had over $400k in money and prizes, including multiple dream/personalized gifts. And he risked it all?! He walked away with $25k. I don’t know how to get over that. (As soon as I saw there was more than 10 minutes left in the episode and the round was over, I was afraid he was going to go for it. How do you go from passing 11 spins to THAT?!?!??!?!)
GENERATION GAP: This was a good episode! Both teams seemed pretty evenly matched and knew a lot. It was a fun episode—although, with all due respect to everyone, the funniest thing each week remains the family’s reaction to learning their youngest member will pick between a car and a toy the kid wants. (Seriously, if we get a single car pick this season, it’ll be a miracle.)
