CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION: Paramount+ Sets a Thanksgiving Launch

CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION will bow on Thursday, November 24—yes, Thanksgiving—Paramount+ announced during their Television Critics Association session. The first two episodes will drop at once, with episodes premiering weekly.

The 10-episode season will have its midseason finale on Thursday, December 15. The show will take a hiatus until Thursday, January 12, where it will finish out its run on Thursday, February 9.

According to Paramount+, “in CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION, the FBI’s elite team of criminal profilers come up against their greatest threat yet, an UnSub who has used the pandemic to build a network of other serial killers. As the world opens back up and the network goes operational, the team must hunt them down, one murder at a time. Original cast members reprising their roles include Joe Mantegna, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Adam Rodriguez and Paget Brewster. Zach Gilford joins the dynamic cast as a recurring guest star in a season-long arc.”

The first run of CRIMINAL MINDS ran from 2005-2020 on CBS. Erica Messer will serve as showrunner.
