About Last Night…THE VOICE and QUANTUM LEAP
October 11, 2022 by Marisa Roffman
Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!
THE VOICE: I know this is not new, I know this complaint will make no difference, but I hate the no-turns this late into the Blinds. (Also, how the hell was Justin Aaron a one-chair turn?!)
Nia Skyfer was also a really interesting contestant. She didn’t have a choice with her coach, but if John ever does cut her, I imagine Camila is going to snap her up very, very fast.
QUANTUM LEAP: This was my favorite episode of the series so far, easily, with the main leap/case being a lot of fun and there being a huge moment for Ben/Addison.
I don’t expect to get answers to everything immediately, but it’s often rough when one character knows something vital and you’re watching a lead flounder as the secret is actively being kept from them. I’m so glad the show didn’t wait long for Ben to discover that Addison was his girlfriend. (Well, fiancee, but at least he realizes they’re together.) And now, I’m excited to see how their interactions change now that he knows the truth.
[For more on the episode, here’s what Caitlin Bassett shared.]
