FBI: Rick Eid Teases a Complex Kidnapping Case, Plus ‘Tension’ for Nina and Scola
November 4, 2022 by Marisa Roffman
On a special Sunday, November 6 episode of FBI—the show will return to its regular Tuesday night time slot on November 15—the team is called in after a horrified mother witnesses her son’s kidnapping (and his caretaker’s brutal murder) via nanny cam.
“A young boy from a seemingly normal home gets abducted by what appears to be a very organized, professional team of kidnappers,” FBI boss Rick Eid teases to Give Me My Remote via email. “His mother isn’t as forthcoming as she should be, and the investigation leads the team to uncover that there’s a whole lot more going on beneath the surface here.”
Unfortunately for the team, they have their own turmoil going on. After Scola (John Boyd) and Nina (Shantel VanSanten) rekindled their relationship, the duo have, at times, struggled to keep it out of the workplace.
“That will continue to play out in this episode, and it comes to a bit of boiling point when Nina puts her life on the line to save a missing child,” Eid previews. “That tension is heightened further when Nina and Scola are also forced to deal with a significant issue in their personal relationship.”
