SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE: Kel Mitchell Joins Kenan Thompson and Keke Palmer in KENAN & KEL Homage

The Saturday, December 3 episode of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE paid homage to Kenan Thompson’s former show KENAN & KEL…complete with a guest spot from Kel Mitchell.

In the sketch, guest host Keke Palmer pitched a new project to Thompson, only for him to discover it was a reboot of KENAN & KEL, dubbed KENAN & KELLY. As the duo struggled with some tone issues, they were joined by Mitchell, marking his first time on the variety series. (This also is the second time Thompson and Mitchell have reunited on live TV this year, after their spot together during the Emmys.)
