GENERAL HOSPITAL Sets Tribute to Sonya Eddy, Plus Jane Elliot to Return
January 11, 2023 by Marisa Roffman
GENERAL HOSPITAL is celebrating its 60th anniversary on April 1, and there will be a gaggle of celebrations around the incredible milestone.
On a bittersweet note, the soap will pay homage to the late Sonya Eddy, who played Epiphany Johnson on the series since 2006, at the end of March.
Additionally, the Nurses Ball will kick off the week of April 3—the first time since the pandemic started. And then ” icons of Port Charles unite to stop a legendary threat from the past.” Jane Elliot will reprise her role as Tracy Quartermaine in April.
Off-screen, notably, a stage at Prospect Studios, where the show films, will be dedicated to the show’s legacy.
