HELL’S KITCHEN: BATTLE OF THE AGES Exclusive Video: Alex is Not Impressed By Their Finale Villa Location

It’s all come down to this for the contestants on HELL’S KITCHEN: BATTLE OF THE AGES: the Thursday, February 9 two-hour season finale.

In “A Finale for the Ages, Part 1 and Part 2,” Dafne, Alejandro, and Alex have to craft their own menu for Hell’s Kitchen…and each round of food will be judged by five expert chefs. (Dafne and Alejandro were a part of Team “20-Somethings,” while Alex is the sole representative from Team “40-Somethings.”) At the end of the meal, one of the contestants will be eliminated. Then, the final two will go head-to-head as they compete for the grand prize—A Head Chef position at Hell’s Kitchen in Atlantic City, in addition to a $250,000 cash prize.

In an exclusive clip from the finale, host/head chef Gordon Ramsay takes the trio to a legendary hosting villa…but Alex is less than impressed.

“Just a courtyard,” Alex says in the video confessional. “Where is my family? Where are the people? Where is the cooking?”

And when Ramsay hypes up the “world famous Verdugo room,” Alex is once again not thrilled by what he’s seeing. “Carpet and windows,” he says. “And some rando people over there rolling silverware.”

The good news? Dafne and Alejandro seem to be appreciating the insanity of the situation.
