Peacock Renews POKER FACE

POKER FACE has been renewed for a second season, Peacock announced.

“POKER FACE is one of those rare, undeniable shows that we all fell in love with from the start, but the critical acclaim and viewer response has been beyond our wildest dreams,” said Susan Rovner, Chairman, Entertainment Content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, in a statement. “Working alongside the creative genius of Rian Johnson, Natasha Lyonne and Ram Bergman, along with our partners at MRC and T-Street, has been a spectacular ride, and we can’t wait to hit the road for another season as we continue to build momentum across Peacock’s originals slate.”

Season 1 starred Adrian Brody, Benjamin Bratt, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Chloë Sevigny, Lil Rel Howery, Clea Duvall, Dascha Polanco, Jameela Jamil, Ellen Barkin, Stephanie Hsu, Tim Meadows, Judith Light, Ron Perlman, Tim Blake Nelson, Charles Melton, Cherry Jones, Hong Chau, Nick Nolte, David Castañeda, Luis Guzmán, S. Epatha Merkerson, Simon Helberg, Shane Paul McGhie, Danielle MacDonald, Colton Ryan, Audrey Corsa, Megan Suri, Leslie Silva, Nicholas Cirillo, Brandon Michael Hall, Niall Cunningham, Jasmine Aiyana Garvin, Angel Desai, Reed Birney, Chelsea Frei, and Rowan Blanchard.

Nora Zuckerman and Lilla Zuckerman serve as showrunners.
