GHOSTS: Devan Chandler Long and Sheila Carrasco Preview Thor’s Attempt to Control His Anger

Now that GHOSTS’ Flower (Sheila Carrasco) and Thor (Devan Chandler Long) are officially coupled up, the duo finds themselves contending with a bit of an unusual conundrum: how to deal with Thorfinn’s anger.

“Thor gets a little hot on a couple of issues,” Long admits to Give Me My Remote with a laugh. “One of them is Danes. And we got a little Dane in the house [on the Thursday, March 2 episode, ‘Isaac’s Book’], staying at the B&B…it really turns up the temperature on the old stove.”

“It’s a perfect storm for Thor, for sure, with this Dane staying in the house,” Carrasco adds. “Flower really needs him to get himself together. Because she is a pacifist; she can’t be with a guy that’s constantly talking about, like, throwing old people off of cliffs with fond remembrance. Who does that? Thorfinn does. But she really likes him, so she’s screwed, too. But she asked him to make some changes if they’re gonna stay together.”

After Thor seeks help for his anger, the other ghosts have an idea: They’ll intentionally provoke him to see if he can contain his natural rage. It’s worth it for Thor, who “doesn’t want to ruin what he has with Flower, so he tries to demonstrate his restraint, out of love,” Long previews. “And it’s a wobbly, wobbly little plank that he’s walking. And he kind of falls off the plank at one point, but does he get eaten by sharks? We’ll find out.”

“She’s gonna watch him flail, for sure,” adds Carrasco. “And we’ll see how she reacts to him flailing.”
