Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

THE ROOKIE: Look, I respect Grey’s authority…but I absolutely laughed out loud seeing the framed photo of his selfie with the doppelgänger painting from last week’s episode.

But, man, Celina…this is going to hurt her for a bit. The man who killed her sister betrayed her, betrayed her mother, and Celina chose this entire career because she felt connected to the cop she thought was helping them. I hope she doesn’t reconsider what she’s doing with her life. And it’s so lovely her mom was able to take a step out into the real world; hopefully they can both have some peace now.

I’m loving all the cute Chenford and Wopez moments we’re getting, but, uh, yeah, I am a little worried they’re too content. Protect them, writers, please.

AMERICAN AUTO: Oh my God, Elliot romancing an AI chatbot—completely believable and so (hilariously) sad. The fact he didn’t catch on because he didn’t ask the “woman” a single question about herself throughout their hours of talking? Incredible.

(Good luck to Cyrus, because I absolutely believe Katherine is going to make his life hell.)

THE VOICE: Okay, yes, it feels like they need to overhaul the Playoff Pass rules going forward. They’ve been used well, but it basically feels like it makes the Battle Winner the…loser?

Overall, less of an impressive group this go-round, minus the “Anti-Hero” Battle.

THAT’S MY JAM: So much fun. And it’s great to have someone like Quinta Brunson on, who is a fine, but not world-changing, singer. She’s also funny as hell, so her dance bit in the solo portion was just great; she was game for everything. A really fun quad with her, John Stamos, Taraji P. Henson, and Craig Robinson.
