LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME: Kelli Giddish to Guest Star

Kelli Giddish is reprising her role of Amanda Rollins—on LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME.

Giddish played Rollins on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT from 2011-2022. When Rollins exited SVU, she eloped with Carisi (Peter Scanavino) and left the NYPD…opting to become a professor.

“Playing Rollins has been one of the greatest joys and privileges of my life,” Giddish said in a statement when her exit was announced. “I’ve been so fortunate to be a part of the LAW & ORDER family for the last 12 years. There is simply no other character on TV like Rollins. She’s grown and changed, and I have as well. I started on this show when I was in my late 20s and I’m grateful I got to spend so many of my adult years with Rollins in my life.”

Giddish has also played Rollins in guest spots on LAW & ORDER, CHICAGO P.D., and CHICAGO FIRE. She appeared in two episodes of ORGANIZED CRIME earlier this season (the season-opening crossover and “Behind Blue Eyes”); “Behind Blue Eyes” was originally set to be her final appearance on OC. She was spotted filming with ORGANIZED CRIME star Christopher Meloni earlier this week.

It’s a big week for ORGANIZED CRIME, which was also just renewed for a fourth season.
