About Last Night…THE MASKED SINGER and A MILLION LITTLE THINGS

Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

THE MASKED SINGER: This felt like a genuinely difficult competition week! Alicia Witt and Melissa Joan Hart were both really good, and either could have moved on to the next round. It really felt like a toss-up, which is good and bad.

A MILLION LITTLE THINGS: Oh, this episode made me emotional. Delilah with all of the friends? My heart. I honestly didn’t know if we’d get that—given her storyline has, understandably, been with Eddie lately—but as soon as Gary came into the house, my heart became happy.

I appreciated the Jon and Delilah flashbacks we got, as well. There was love, but there were also tensions and strains on their relationship. I’m not happy D has been lonely overseas, but it does make a lot of sense…and with the show’s end around the corner, I do hope she sticks around for the duration.

(Honestly, when she gave Theo the out to make it so she wouldn’t attend Katherine and Greta’s wedding if he was uncomfortable with it, I was dreading Theo taking it and her disappearing until the finale. I’m glad the group can be together for this big event.)

I also loved that Greta’s drama with Katherine’s mom was so, frankly, harmless. Yes, money is a big deal, but it wasn’t like there was an objection to the relationship or marriage—she wanted to help, because Katherine was finally happy.

I will acknowledge I’m a littttle sad we didn’t get a full group scene in the flashbacks with Jon and the whole gang. But I’m really happy with what we did get.
