CBS Orders MATLOCK, ELSBETH, and POPPA’S HOUSE

CBS has ordered a trio of new shows to series.

MATLOCK, a reboot of the series by the same title, stars Kathy Bates. ELSBETH, a spinoff of THE GOOD WIFE/THE GOOD FIGHT universe, stars Carrie Preston reprising her title character. POPPA’S HOUSE, meanwhile, is a multicam series starring Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr.

They join the previously-ordered TRACKER (which was originally known as THE NEVER GAME) starring Justin Hartley.
