CHICAGO MED’s Steven Weber Offers a Serious (and Hilarious) Finale Tease

As CHICAGO MED’s eighth season comes to a close, the final hour (“Does One Door Close and Another One Open?”) is a big one—and series star Steven Weber had more than a little fun teasing what he couldn’t share about it in the video below.

But with Archer’s (Weber) health in flux, OR 2.0 in a make-or-break moment, and a beloved hospital employee considering a future elsewhere, “it is a satisfying and engaging finale for this show,” Weber says in the video below. “There’ve been isolated moments of sensational episodes here or there. But the emotional threads in the shows have been the journeys I think the audience is really focused on. Those threads are tied up in fascinating and engaging ways.”
