Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE SIMPSONS: I love format-busting episodes—one of my favorite reported stories I’ve done this year was exploring how THE SIMPSONS has been utilizing that more recently—and this was a fun one. Mr. Burns getting tricked into marrying a scammer? Yep, that sounds about right.

BOB’S BURGERS: I’m sure most (if not all) of us have had dreams we’d like to return to, so Gene’s quest to get back to the dream where he created the perfect song was very sweet and appropriately weird. I love that he was able to win and lose: He recreated the song, but it was, um, terrible.

BIG BROTHER: Here’s the thing: Matt may want Felicia gone, but he doesn’t have a vote in the matter unless it’s split. Unless Cirie gets the Veto, there’s virtually no way Jag and Bowie vote for her to stay. So…

(Also, uh, that Reilly letter/photo was kind of weird? I’m still quasi-new to the BB world—and I don’t generally watch the feeds—but unless he asked her to seek out his mom…certainly a choice.)
