NBC Teases the Season Premiere of ONE CHICAGO, LAW & ORDER Franchises

With the ONE CHICAGO and LAW & ORDER franchises returning in just over two weeks, NBC has teased what to expect in the season premieres of CHICAGO FIRE, CHICAGO P.D, LAW & ORDER, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, and LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME.
(Update, Monday, January 8 with the MED logline.)
CHICAGO MED (January 17, 8/7c): “Row Row Row Your Boat on a Rocky Sea”: “When the E.D. is flooded with patients from a crash, the entire team is pulled in to help. Dr. Charles can’t shake the feeling that he knows the new E.D. attending. Dr. Archer has second thoughts on the eve of his kidney transplant.”
CHICAGO FIRE (January 17, 9/8c): “Barely Gone”: “Firehouse 51 is forced to share its space with Firehouse 17. Kidd and Herrmann fight over Ritter. An arson case tests Kidd and Severide’s relationship. Firehouse 51 says goodbye to one of its own.”
CHICAGO P.D. (January 17, 10/9c): “Unpacking”: “Tasked with shadowing a crisis prevention team, Upton finds her approach to policing at odds with the team’s mental health clinician. The case brings out Upton’s personal struggles, Voight stands by her.”
LAW & ORDER (January 18, 8/7c): “Freedom of Expression”: “In the wake of a murder on campus, the line between free speech and hate speech at a university is examined.”
LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT (January 18, 9/8c): “Tunnel Blind”: “As the squad celebrates the birth of Rollins and Carisi’s child, another child goes missing in broad daylight.”
LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME (January 18, 10/9c): “Memory Lane”: “Stabler must deal with rapid changes at work and home after returning from a dangerous undercover assignment. Bell hires an advisor whose AI technology program could revolutionize police investigation. Jet and Reyes struggle with Whelan’s absence.”
