FBI: INTERNATIONAL Exclusive Clip: Powell Adjusts to Being Benched

After nearly losing his job—thanks to his temper getting the best of him during an investigation, and his colleagues having to pull a number of strings—Powell (Greg Hovanessian) is benched on the Tuesday, March 19 episode of FBI: INTERNATIONAL…and he’s not exactly handling it well.

“So, this is what it’s like when we’re out on missions,” he says in an exclusive clip from “Death by Inches,” as observes his colleagues doing research. “It’s like a library in here.”

As he tries to pry into how the analysts are working, Tate (Christina Wolfe) attempts to get an update on their case from everyone. When she asks Powell what he’s found, he shares he’s seen a lot of “inane arguments with his wife” in the emails he’s been searching.

“There’s only so much of that I can take before my eyes start to bleed,” he says.

“You’re using a search algorithm, right?” Tate verifies. “You’re not actually trying to read ten thousand emails.”

“Yeah, of course,” he replies, defensively.

But his colleagues aren’t exactly buying it and start speaking in other languages amongst each other.

“Are you guys talking about me?” Powell asks. “I feel like I’m being roasted in like three different languages.”
