THE MINIATURE WIFE: Peacock Orders Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen-Led Romantic Dramedy

Peacock has ordered romantic dramedy THE MINIATURE WIFE straight to series, the streamer announced. The series will star—and be executive produced by—Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen.

The series, “based on the short story written by Manuel Gonzalez, is a high-concept marital dramedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses, Lindy (Elizabeth Banks) and Les (Matthew Macfadyen), who battle each other for supremacy after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.”

Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner will serve as creators and showrunners.
