Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

AMERICAN IDOL: Okay, yeah, my fear about the format was justified: We barely saw the Showstoppers performances. And while that’s the norm we get performance snippets intermingled with results, normally we see a lot more of Hollywood Week. From what we saw, it seemed like most of the right people went through, at least, I guess?

DEAL OR NO DEAL ISLAND: Okay, I’m sure it was unintentional, timing-wise, but a literal laugh out loud to the banker’s “gift” being no elimination. Not quite the bomb of the last week’s elimination, but still…going to lead to a mess.
