CHICAGO FIRE: Eamonn Walker to Exit

CHICAGO FIRE will be saying goodbye to Eamonn Walker at the end of season 12.

The season 12 finale logline teased a big move was coming for Walker’s character, Boden. In the hour, appropriately titled “Never Say Goodbye,” “Boden makes a decision that impacts the race for Deputy Commissioner.”

According to Deadline, which was first to report the news of the actor’s exit, Walker is expected to return for guest spots on FIRE in the future.

Walker has played Boden across CHICAGO FIRE, CHICAGO P.D., CHICAGO MED, and CHICAGO JUSTICE in over 250 episodes. He’s been with FIRE since season 1.
