Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

LOVE ISLAND USA: Well, after non-stop drama about the last villa-voted elimination, the producers truly upped the ante this time by having people literally stand behind their vote. (Though, for drama’s sake, shouldn’t Leah have been last in case it literally came down to her about which person left? And I get it would have caused mayhem, but it would have been way more funny if Miguel had picked Nigel.) I did feel bad for Cassidy, though, because having no one behind you has to be so, so hard. But I absolutely get why Leah didn’t want to rock the boat given the mess of last time and her vote wouldn’t have made a difference.

Also, Rob, at some point are you going to realize if America is consistently not on your side, maybe you’re the problem or…? It also feels pretty gross that the second a girl picks Rob, he starts looking elsewhere. He did it with Leah, Liv, and Cass…the only person he almost didn’t is Andrea, and that’s because it was four days and Leah was pissed/wouldn’t engage with him. If he and Liv rekindle now (which, uh, questions after last week’s shenanigans), good luck to her.

I know we’re only a few weeks away from the season ending, but Casa Amor feels way too early. At this point, we only have a single couple really committed, so the stakes are pretty minimal.
