Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

MASTERCHEF: GENERATIONS: The cheese twist felt so hard, because adding an entire extra pungent element could have changed up everything. And, clearly, Sunshine was rattled. Alas.

CLAIM TO FAME: The clue wall being locked made me laugh out loud, because way to torture them. With all due respect to Bianca, the edit made me glad she was the guesser. Play the game! Miguel was extra, but he was hustling. I’m sorry she got out, but also had no clue she was Robin Roberts’ niece.

But: Tell me this man did not SAY HIS REAL LAST NAME?! Like…come on. (It would be very funny if it was a stealth fake-out and he has no tie to any Jackson.)

GORDON RAMSAY’S FOOD STARS: Well, the interview segments this episode with Kyson about his difficulties speaking felt like Chekhov’s gun with the stutter. I feel absolutely terrible for him, because it’s something out of his control and he was one of my favorites this year. And then Gordon made a second elimination? It was definitely a mess of a challenge, but I don’t even know if it was really their worst.
