Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

MASTERCHEF: GENERATIONS: Oh, an absolute mess. It almost felt too early to have a team challenge like this, but oy, so much mess. Never good when you can’t get dishes out.

CELEBRITY WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE: Wow, Lisa Ann Walter was fantastic in figuring out Mozambique and knowing that THE POLTERGEIST trivia before it even came out. But also very glad they played it safe; they made the right move.

Watching Sebastian Maniscalco and Omar J. Dorsey try to do the mental math for their question killed me…it was so freaking funny. And the show played with the tension well, too. (Though it was very funny Jimmy Kimmel pointed out they used a 50-50 rather than actually try to do math.) But, man, it’s disappointing they played fast and loose with their final question…don’t go with a gut feeling!

BIG BROTHER: How do you not see the twist coming?! Of course you’re going to be penalized if you try and keep a houseguest out!! (But: Why was the “no” challenge so much easier than the “yes” one?!)

A weird premiere, though, and not only because I’m super wary of this AI twist.

CLAIM TO FAME: Oh my God, how did people not realize the last name might be a trap?! It was a little too perfect. But wow to two bad guesses in a row. That’s going to rattle the house, because everything they think they know is very much in question. (And, also, who the heck can they trust?)
