The 1% Club | 9pm | Fox

Abbey, an opera singing librarian from Los Angeles, Colman, a funicular railway employee from Chattanooga, and Paul, a Nashville District attorney who is playing alongside his daughter Marie, are among 100 contestants competing for the chance to win up to $100,000. But it’s not typical trivia being tested, but rather a test of how your brain works through a series of questions that often lead to entertaining answers. Who can answer the question that only 1% of America got right and win the grand prize?!

CHICAGO P.D. season 11 was the shortest run of episodes the show has had thus far (clocking in at 13 installments, due to the strike-impacted late start), but it was still a memorable year: Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) finally got engaged, the team tracked a serial killer, multiple cases came back in a major way, a blast from the past returned in an unexpected way, and Upton (Tracy Spiridakos) said farewell to the team. THE ROOKIE: Alexi Hawley Explains Why He’s Hopeful He’ll Be Able to Keep the Cast Intact

It’s become practically the norm these days on long-running shows: Series regulars miss a handful of episodes a season, as a way to reduce the ballooning production costs. (Alternatively, some casts/producers opt to take a collective pay cut as a way to keep shows going/the team intact.) 

But at least one show is hoping to buck that trend. “I think we’ll be okay, but you can’t ever say for certain,” THE ROOKIE showrunner Alexi Hawley tells Give Me My Remote. (A note: This excludes cast members who have to be off-screen for real-life reasons, like Jenna Dewan’s current maternity leave.)

Two-episode repeat: The hardware store experiences a smash-and-grab, and Dan and Jackie nab one of the culprits. Meanwhile, Beverly Rose learns a lesson in remembering loved ones who have passed while keeping their memories alive. Then, after feeling the cafeteria staff could use some organization, Darlene seeks to be manager of food services at Mark’s college. Elsewhere, Dan teaches housewives the basics of DIY home projects to make some extra money toward paying off the house.

Abbott Elementary | 9pm | ABC

Two-episode repeat: Gregory is hesitant when kids start hanging out in his classroom at lunch, looking to him for advice as the “cool teacher.” Barbara is shocked to find Tariq is dating the mother of one of her students. Janine and Jacob try to hire an ASL interpreter. Then, after a student is caught smoking, the Abbott staff come together to revamp the outdated drug policy. Meanwhile, Janine tries to prep the new substitute teacher for her class but finds it challenging to give up her former role.
