SHRINKING: Apple TV+ Sets October Release Date for Season 2

SHRINKING’s sophomore season will bow on Wednesday, October 16, Apple TV+ announced. Season 2 will bow with two episodes, before shifting to a once-a-week model. (The 12-episode season will conclude on December 25.)

According to Apple TV+, “SHRINKING follows a grieving therapist (played by Jason Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.” The series also stars Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, Ted McGinley, with Christa Miller. Co-creator Brett Goldstein will appear as a guest star in season 2.

The series was co-created by Segel, Goldstein, and Bill Lawrence. (Lawrence also has another Apple TV+ series coming out in August, BAD MONKEY.)
