LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT: Juliana Aidén Martinez Will Be a Season 26 Series Regular

Juliana Aidén Martinez is officially sticking around on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT: The actress, whose casting on the NBC series as a new detective was first announced last month, will be a series regular in season 26, a source has confirmed to Give Me My Remote.

Her previous TV credits include GRISELDA, 9-1-1, PRODIGAL SON, and THE BLACKLIST.

Series star Mariska Hargitay (who has played Olivia Benson since the show’s debut) shared a photo with many of her castmates, including Martinez, on Instagram on Tuesday, August 6, appropriately captioning it, “Back at it with my #Squad #SVU26”

The drama—which is set to have a 22-episode season (after a strike-shortened season 25)—also stars Ice T, Peter Scanavino, Octavio Pisano, and Kevin Kane.
