CBS Teases Episodes Airing the Week of October 14

CBS kicks off its premiere week, with the launch of NCIS: ORIGINS and GEORGIE & MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE, the second episode of MATLOCK , the return of THE FBIS, NCIS, FIRE COUNTRY, and more the week of October 14.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 14
8:00-9:00 PM NCIS “Empty Nest” NCIS searches for a missing undercover agent in the midst of an active hostage situation.
9:00-11:00 PM NCIS: ORIGINS “Enter Sandman”/“Enter Sandman, Part 2” – NCIS: ORIGINS follows a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in 1991, years prior to the events of NCIS, and is narrated by Mark Harmon. In the series, Gibbs starts his career as a newly minted special agent at the fledgling NCIS Camp Pendleton office, where he forges his place on a gritty ragtag team led by NCIS legend Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid).
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15
8:00-9:00 PM FBI “Abandoned” – The assassination of a seemingly ordinary Brooklyn plumber launches the team into a globe-spanning investigation that ruffles feathers with the CIA. Meanwhile, Tiffany struggles with fieldwork in the aftermath of the Hakim case.
9:00-10:00 PM FBI: INTERNATIONAL “A Leader, Not a Tourist” – The Fly Team is introduced to Supervisory Special Agent Wesley “Wes” Mitchell (new series regular Jesse Lee Soffer) when his partner is shot in Los Angeles and the suspects flee to Budapest, sending Mitchell overseas.
10:00-11:00 PM FBI: MOST WANTED “Aquarium Drinker” – When a detective is brutally murdered, the Fugitive Task Force investigates a string of gruesome killings. Meanwhile, Remy and Abby’s (Susan Misner) relationship grows stronger.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17
8:00-8:30 PM GEORGIE & MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE “The 6:10 to Lubbock” – Georgie and Mandy get fed up staying with her parents and reconsider their living situation after a fight with Mandy’s mom, Audrey. YOUNG SHELDON stars Zoe Perry (Mary) and Annie Potts (Meemaw) guest star.
8:30-9:00 PM GHOSTS “Patience” – While Sam and the ghosts race to find him, Isaac comes face to face with Puritan ghost Patience (Mary Holland) for the first time since she was lost in the dirt.
9:00-10:00 PM MATLOCK “Rome, in a Day” – As Matty settles into her new role at Jacobson Moore, Olympia and the aptly nicknamed “Team You Three” (Matty, Billy and Sarah) take on a lawsuit involving a developmentally delayed teenager whose family claims he’s been wrongly accused of murder. Also, Olympia and Julian disagree on a parenting matter.
10:00-11:00 PM ELSBETH “Subscription to Murder” – When a womanizing finance executive is found stabbed to death after a night at the opera, Elsbeth suspects an obsessed opera lover (Nathan Lane) was driven to murder because of a ringing cell phone. Meanwhile, Elsbeth, Captain Wagner and Kaya must adjust to changes in the precinct as the consequences of Noonan’s wrongdoing continue to loom.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18
8:00-9:00 PM S.W.A.T. “Vanished” – SWAT tackles a mission with personal ties for Hondo when they race to find a group of missing students and their bus driver, Hondo’s former high school football coach. Also, Hicks has reservations regarding Hondo’s new 20-Squad team addition, Devin Gamble (Annie Ilonzeh), a cop with a family background deeply entrenched in crime.
9:00-10:00 PM FIRE COUNTRY “What the Bride Said” – With the future of Three Rock in jeopardy, Station 42 and Three Rock host Edgewater’s 22nd Annual Firefighters’ Ball in an effort to impress the governor (Catherine Lough Haggquist) and save the camp. Meanwhile, Gabriela’s mom, Roberta (Paola Nunez), makes a surprise appearance at the event.
10:00-11:00 PM BLUE BLOODS “Life Sentence” – The Reagans’ professional lives converge when an allegation of jury tampering against Erin intertwines with Danny and Baez’s homicide case and Eddie’s bond to a child murder witness; Frank clashes with his friend and confidant Archbishop Kearns over the death penalty; and when Jamie’s car is stolen, he joins forces with his nephew, Joe Hill, to recover it
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19
8:30-9:30 TRACKER
9:30-10:30 PM THE EQUALIZER “The Lost Ones” – McCall races to rescue two siblings who run into trouble after stealing a grocery truck carrying firearms. Meanwhile, Harry and Delilah help Mel through her trauma in.
10:30-11:00 PM THE NEIGHBORHOOD “Welcome to the Baby Shower” – Courtney and Marty deal with some baby shower drama with Tina, while Lamar adjusts to a new job at the Fuse Box.
